Complaints, Grievance and Appeals Process:
If a participant has a complaint or grievance or believes that they have not received a fair and accurate decision they are encouraged to speak immediately with Talentpepz administration manager to resolve the issue. If the complainant/appellant is not satisfied that the issue has been resolved they can contact the grievance officer or reach contact us / queries to file the complaints available on Talentpepz website.
Talentpepz will then investigate and advise the complainant/appellant of the outcome. A complaint, grievance or appeal should not take more than 2 days to finalize. Where Talentpepz believes this timeframe will not be adhered to, Talentpepz will provide in writing the reasons why and provide regular updates on the progress of the matter until it is resolved. All responses during the process will be provided in writing.
All complaints, grievances and appeals will be handled as Staff-In-Confidence and will not affect or bias the progress of the participant in any current or future training.
Where the matter is unable to be resolved through the Talentpepz process an independent review will be undertaken if requested.

Plagiarism and Maladministration policies and procedure:
Talentpepz career solutions (India) Pvt. Ltd., considers any element of plagiarism to be a serious issue, and this procedure defines maladministration from both participant, mentor, SMEs and staff perspective, and how instances of this would be dealt with.
This procedure is applicable to all participants, mentors and staff associated with the program.

It is the responsibility of all mentors, SMEs and staff to give full and active support for the policy by ensuring the policy is known understood and implemented.
In all assessed work participants should take care to ensure the work presented is their own and fully acknowledges the work and opinions of others. Participants should declare that work is their own. It is also the responsibility of the participants to ensure that they do not undertake any form of cheating or other form of unfair advantage.
Should seek proactive ways to promote a positive culture that encourages participants to take individual responsibility for their learning and respect the work of others.
In cases where plagiarism / maladministration is identified, the concerned participant is warned once to avoid repetition of such events and submit the corrected version. Only upon proper completion of all the assignments/works/ e-learning modules provided by the mentor, the participants can proceed with the next mentoring session. The participant is entitled for certification only after successful completion of all the assigned works of mentor and after taking the post psychometric assessment.
